Halifax Nordic Ski Club, in cooperation with the Links at Brunello, is preparing a $75,000 expansion to the snow making equipment at Brunello.  A new 12000 sq ft ski track for drills with a 20’ wide road 400 meters in length has been cleared near the club-house. This Fall, the Links at Brunello has been busy creating the ski track, adding pipes, drainage and landscaping for the Nordic facility.  We will be adding additional piping to deliver the water, through connections, hose  and  high efficiency snow guns so that when the temperatures drop, Halifax Nordic can make snow for cross country skiing.

We are excited to announce that funds for this $75,000 project are coming from the Department of Communities, Culture and Heritage, the Links at Brunello, Cross Country Nova Scotia,  sponsors as well as the club’s  GoFundMe Snowmaking campaign.
